Securing Your Reservation: Reservations can be made at The
Dodge Getaway by supplying us a major credit card (MC or VISA), or by sending
us a deposit (check or money order). |
|
|
|
|
|
One Night Stays: One night stays are welcome on a space
available basis. Give us a call, you never know….your one night might just
fall perfectly between two other group's reservations. We're small and we book
up quickly. Avoid disappointment, let us know you're coming, so we can have
everything ready and waiting for you. |
|
|
|
|
|
Cancellation Policies: Cancellations must be received no
later than 7 days before arrival. There is a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge
equal to the single night rate for the room reserved. We understand that plans
must occasionally change at the last minute and so, as a courtesy, we will make
every effort to rebook. If we are able to do so, we will only charge the
standard cancellation fee of $50. |

Check-in and Check-out: Guests may check in anytime from 3
p.m. to 8 p.m. Please call ahead of time if you wish to check in earlier or
later so we can make arrangements to receive you. Check-out time is 11:00
A.M. |

Pets: No pets permitted. Kennels are available in the
Huntsville area. |
|
|
|
|
|
Smoking: For the enjoyment of all of our guests, we permit
smoking only outside the house - on the patio and deck and on the the grounds.
We want to keep our cabins smoke free for our guests who have allergies, so our
minimum charge for smoking inside a cabin is $100 to cover the cleaning
fee. |

| All guests and friends of guests are
responsible for their own actions and assume all risks while on premises. Owner
and management are not liable. |
